Associate Attorney
Latham Keele Lehman Ratcliff Carter & Clarke is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing legal team in Tulsa.
This position offers an opportunity to develop professionally while working alongside accomplished attorneys on a variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, driven professional with strong analytical, research, and communication skills who is eager to take on meaningful responsibilities and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing legal matters from initial consultation through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Review and analyze case materials, evidence, and relevant legal issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies.
- Maintain accurate case files, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with applicable legal procedures.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Active membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service.
