This year, shareholders Leah Keele and Lori Whitworth will represent LKL at the conference and serve as featured speakers during WCDI programming on Wednesday, August 26.
Our firm is a member of the Workers' Compensation Defense Institute (WCDI)—an alliance of leading law firms representing employers and insurance carriers across the United States. Each year, WCDI presents educational programming at the WCI Conference, bringing together attorneys from multiple jurisdictions to discuss current issues and emerging trends in workers' compensation law.

This session is a repeat of the earlier breakout, giving attendees the opportunity to participate in a different state panel.
