Bobby "Bob" Latham, Jr. focuses in the areas of medical malpractice, auto and general liability, employment, commercial litigation, and mediation. 

Bob is admitted to practice before all the U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. In addition to membership with the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations, Bob is also a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel. 

For more than 20 years, he has represented a wide variety of individual and business clients with over 100 cases tried to verdict. Bob has defended numerous health care professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, automobile and trucking companies and construction firms—and served as general counsel to several local companies with revenue from $50 million to $350 million. 

Bob enjoys spending his free time with his family and following the athletic endeavors of his children.
