Brian L. Carter focuses on litigation, construction, subrogation, and insurance--including the defense of personal injury and property claims. He successfully handles cases involving insurance defense, commercial and personal auto accidents, construction issues, and business disputes. 

Brian is admitted to practice before all the U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma, as well as all the U.S. District Courts of Arkansas. Brian is a member to the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association. Additionally, Brian is a frequent presenter on tort reform, personal injury, subrogation and general insurance issues.

For nearly 20 years, Brian has obtained exceptional results from trial victories to early resolution of catastrophic cases.
