Margaret M. Clarke focuses in the area of medical malpractice defense, nursing home negligence, and civil trial practice.

In addition to membership with the Tulsa and Oklahoma County Bar Associations, Margaret is also a member to the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and Tulsa Women Lawyers Association. 

Margaret represents a variety of local and national nursing home facilities and providers facing professional malpractice claims—in addition to defending clients and matters involving product liability, premises liability, breach of contract and bad faith insurance claims.
