Melissa Stewart Minton focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation across all areas. With more than 30 years of experience, she has tried approximately 80 cases to jury verdict and is recognized for her precision, preparation, and commitment to achieving the best results for her clients.

Melissa is admitted to practice before the Northern, Eastern, and Western District Courts of Oklahoma, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Melissa earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1994, where she served as Articles Editor for the Tulsa Law Journal. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Kansas.

Outside of her legal practice, Melissa enjoys traveling, yoga, weightlifting, and spending time with family and friends.
