Neal Lehman focuses in the areas of compliance and ethics programs, and antitrust. 

Formerly V.P. and Associate General Counsel- Compliance and Ethics at ONEOK, Inc. in Tulsa, OK, Neal has rejoined the firm and offers corporate services. Prior to ONEOK, he spent most of his career at Phillips Petroleum Company where he served in various legal roles for a number of years, including chief antitrust counsel for Phillips. He also has held legal positions with Baker Industries, Skelly Oil Company and was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.

Neal is a member of the Oklahoma and Texas Bar Associations.
