Scott F. Lehman focuses in the areas of business and commercial litigation—primarily in construction litigation, commercial litigation, representing national, regional and local banks, and other financial institutions.
Scott is admitted to practice before all the U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma, the Cherokee Nation, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, and the Osage Nation. In addition to membership with the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Association, Scott is also a member to the American Bankruptcy Institute, Commercial Law League of America, and National Creditors Bar Association.
Throughout his career he has represented clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies in a wide array of industries including, construction, finance/banking, energy, insurance, and healthcare. Scott has developed long-lasting friendships with his clients in more than 25 years of practicing law. These relationships not only strengthen the trust clients place in his counsel, but also gives him vital knowledge of their businesses which allows him to better serve their needs.
