Scott F. Lehman primarily focuses his practice in the area of litigation where he regularly assists his clients in construction matters, commercial disputes, insurance litigation, banking and other financial institution matters, and subrogation matters.

Scott is admitted to practice before all of the U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma, the Cherokee Nation, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, and the Osage Nation. In addition to membership in the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Association, Scott is also a member in the American Bankruptcy Institute, Commercial Law League of America, and National Creditors Bar Association.

Throughout his career Scott has represented clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies in a wide array of industries including, construction, finance/banking, energy, insurance, and healthcare. Scott has developed long-lasting friendships with his clients in more than 25 years of practicing law. These relationships not only strengthen the trust clients place in his counsel, but also gives him vital knowledge of their businesses which allows him to better serve their needs.
