Steven J. Pontius focuses his practice on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, breach of contract, bad faith insurance, products liability, and premises liability litigation. Since beginning his legal practice in 2018, Steve has built a reputation for his skilled handling of complex civil litigation matters.

In addition to his work in civil litigation, Steve represents clients in administrative actions before various Oklahoma professional licensure boards, including the Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, Board of Osteopathic Examiners, and Nursing Board.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts of Oklahoma, and is also licensed to practice before the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and the Cherokee Nation.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys working on cars and attending live music events.
