LKL's appellate attorneys have decades of experience handling appeals at all levels of state and appellate courts, including the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, Oklahoma Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. 

This extensive experience enables us to identify trial court errors that may create appealable issues, provide well-reasoned advice regarding the chances of success on appeal, and prepare post-trial motions in the trial court in advance of an appeal if appropriate.  Once an appeal has begun, the appellate attorneys rely upon their detailed knowledge of appellate procedure, ability to identify significant evidence presented to the trial court, and persuasive writing skills, to draft appeal pleadings and briefs that provide our clients with the best possible chance of success at all phases of the appellate process.
